Aston® Fitness Training is a multidimensional program for loosening,
stretching, toning and cardiovascular workouts. This sophisticated program facilitates
the whole body in achieving and maintaining appropriate proportions, muscle tone,
joint resiliency, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning. Aston-Patterning® concepts of ergonomics, alignment, dimensional integrity, cooperative movement and
respecting the body's limitations are all key elements of the Aston® Fitness Training.
As with other components of the Aston system, this fitness program is tailored to
each individual's specific shape, limitations,, potentials, tasks and goals. Aston® Fitness teaches the form and sequence of the workout for each individual's specific need.
Aston® Loosening, Toning and Stretching training are used as an integral
component of Aston-Patterning® sessions to achieve specific postural changes and optimal performance,
as well as in a class format for overall fitness. Aston® Treadmill and Aston® Cycle apply Aston concepts to uniquely interface with your workout while walking, running,
cycling and stair stepping, combining balance, toning, cardiovascular training and fun, all at the same time.
