Classes & Workshops

Classes and workshops at CHA are an opportunity to nurture your growth, explore the creative impulse and get inspired. We are homebase for leading Zero Balancing teacher, Jim McCormick, and we regularly offer Zero Balancing Training and workshops. We also host the Your Center Pilates Studio, and the Barbara Lyon Yoga Series.

Our instructors are independent, passionate and insightful, drawing from all the expertise in their field in thoughtfuly crafting the unique, experiential classes we offer here.
