I practice and teach Ortho-Bionomy because I have found it to be deeply effective and profoundly respectful. My approach is gentle, thorough and direct. Ortho-Bionomy employs the body’s own wisdom to heal itself. I use comfortable movements and positioning which exaggerate the body’s imbalance triggering a self corrective reflex. Then I merely witness as the body responds and moves itself toward balance, health and peace.
