What is Chiropractic?

Chiropractic - "Network Spinal Analysis" (NSA): This is a very powerful type of chiropractic which releases physical, emotional, mental and chemical stress that is held in the spinal cord. People start care for a variety of reasons ranging from not wanting to have low back surgery, to wanting to change their life. In my clinical experience, the posture, tension and tone of someone's spine, often determines the posture, tension and tone of their life.

As we experience stress and trauma, the spinal cord stretches and twists. When this occurs, the nerves that come off the spinal cord which go to the muscles, organs, and tissues become tense. Our body is locked in a posture of defense. This is a great short-term strategy, but over time it leads to symptoms, disease and disconnection from self. Symptoms such as the following are often an indication of this process: tight muscles, headaches, backaches, TMJ, digestive and other organ-related issues, anxiety, depression.

Life Coaching: I initially became involved in coaching through my chiropractic practice. Because NSA is such an effective way of releasing people's defensive strategies, people's lives changed fairly quickly. As I watched people's spines align, I watched people's lives align. I love partnering with people to help people create the lives they are meant to live. It's so rewarding to see the fruit of this alignment such as: more vitality, a greater sense of richness, joy, satisfaction and purpose.

What to Expect from Your First Session

On your first chiropractic visit we will go over your health history. I will perform a chiropractic exam and you will have your first session. I will then give you a report of clinical findings and make recommendations for your care. There will be ample time to answer any further questions you may have. I look forward to meeting you!
