Yoga Therapy is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and wellbeing through the application of the philosophy and practice of Yoga.

Wellness Counseling uses an integrative approach to working with clients, while incorporating both eastern holistic philosophies and complementary evidence based western psychology.
