Restorative Yoga from Home with Beate Grieben-Frances
Until we can safely practice together in person again, you can join the restorative yoga classes from the comfort of your home.
Restorative Yoga can be practiced safely by almost anyone. We practice on the floor, using gravity as our support to release our grip on physical, mental, emotional tension and allow ourselves to enter into the wide open field that lies beneath.
Props:
If you do not own specific yoga props, such as strap, blocks, bolster, create your own: Blankets, bath/beach towels, firm pillows and scarves can substitute.
