I fell in love with East Asian Medicine because the principles are based upon the deep knowledge that our mental, emotional and physical health are intertwined and they offer a holistic methodology to wellness – an integrated Body-Mind-Emotions-Spirit Therapy.

Driven by a curious mind and a passion for learning, I have pursued a broad spectrum of training so that I can offer my clients highly personalized, integrative care and attention so that you can feel good in mind, body and spirit and step into flow with an elevated sense of strength, resilience and resourcefulness as you take your metamorphic journey to entelechy (realization of potential),
